Scurr Collection

These items were donated by Alice Sawyer and originally belonged to Henry Scurr. Among the collection are official announcements from the Santo Tomás Internment Camp Executive Committee and other documents related to the camp. They provide valuable insight into the camp's rules and regulations, the relationship between the internees and the Japanese captors, and how internees kept their spirits up in the face of adversity.
